This Baby Goose figurine is an original MILWERK design inspired by the wooden birds of iconic Danish designer Jacob Hermann. This bird is handcrafted from Teak wood like so many of the classic Mid Century Modern birds, figurines and furniture. The eyes are inlaid Walnut and the feet are solid brass. This little mini-sculpture has a very fine, smooth finish and is sealed with non-VOC Danish oil. Signed (engraved) MILWERK with the year of production. Packaged in a nice gift box. Dimensions: 6" tall X 4 3/4" long from tip to tail x 1 1/2" wide at the feet The Bird body is approximately 1" thick, the feet are spread slightly wider.
